HOW TO DEPOSIT FUNDS

  1. Log in to the Members Area and click on the Deposit Funds button.
  2. Select the option according to how you wish to make a deposit funds.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer into your trading account.
  4. Follow the standard procedure to making payment through service provider.
  5. Once your transfer is complete, Upon confirmation we will update the funds in your trading account.

HOW TO REQUEST WITHDRAWAL

  1. Log in to the Members Area and click on the Withdrawals button.
  2. Select the option according to how you wish to make a withdrawal.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit the request.
  4. The requested amount will be automatically deducted from your trading account
IMPORTANT NOTE: DemoFx is unable to deposit money to third parties due to AML/CTF regulations. Your DemoFx trading account must be linked to a bank account in your name for any money that is withdrawn from it. Bank wire transfer withdrawals typically take 3-5 working days to reach your account. If the owner of the trading account is one of the parties on the bank account, payments from joint bank accounts will be permitted. If no additional verification is required, deposits are processed immediately. Any transfer delays you could encounter as a result of a service interruption in the system of the payment processor are not DemoFx’s responsibility. Please be aware that some issuing banks may not permit deposits using credit or debit cards. If impacted, please choose another option or contact your Account Service Manager for assistance.
